How do I book a visit?+
Open Book a visit, choose a treatment (or tell us you are not sure yet), pick a clinic and send the form. Our team will call or message you to agree a time. There is nothing to pay online.
Which clinic should I choose?+
Whichever is easier for you to reach: Hamra or Tariq Jdeede. Both offer the full range of care and share one team approach. If you are not sure, choose either clinic on the form and we will help.
How much will my treatment cost?+
It depends on what you need. After your exam we give you a clear written estimate, and nothing starts until you have agreed to it.
I am in pain. Can I be seen quickly?+
Please call or WhatsApp the clinic and tell us how urgent it is. We will do our best to see you as soon as possible.
Will treatment hurt?+
We use gentle techniques and numbing as standard, and you can ask us to pause at any time. Many patients are surprised by how comfortable a visit can be.
Do you treat children?+
Our team looks after patients of all ages. Tell us your child's age on the form and we will make sure the right dentist is available.
What should I bring to my first visit?+
Just yourself. If you have recent X-rays or reports from another dentist, bring them or send them by WhatsApp, and tell us about any medicines you take.
Can I change or cancel my visit?+
Of course. Call or message the clinic as early as you can and we will find another time.
What happens to the details I send?+
We only use them to arrange your visit and look after you. We never sell them. See our Privacy Policy for the full details.
