1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of https://khaledshamiclinic.com (the "Site") and the appointment requests you send through it to Shami Dental ("we", "us"), a dental clinic with locations in Hamra and Tariq Jdeede, Beirut. By using the Site you agree to these terms.
2. What the Site is for
The Site gives general information about our clinics, our team and our treatments, and lets you ask for an appointment. The information on the Site is general and is not a diagnosis or personal medical advice. Only an examination by a dentist can tell you what you need.
3. Requesting an appointment
When you send the appointment form we receive your name, contact details, the treatment and clinic you are interested in and any message you add. Sending the form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists only once a member of our team has agreed a date and time with you by phone, message or email. We may contact you to reschedule if something changes.
4. No payment on the Site
You do not pay anything through the Site. Any fees for treatment are agreed with you in the clinic, in writing, before treatment starts.
5. Prices and estimates
Where the Site shows a price it is a starting guide only. The cost of your treatment depends on your examination and plan. We give you a written estimate before treatment begins, and nothing is carried out without your agreement.
6. Changing or cancelling
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please call or message the clinic as early as you can so we can offer the time to another patient and find a new time for you.
7. Your responsibilities
Please give us accurate contact and health information, and tell us about any medicines you take or conditions you have, because they can affect your treatment. Please treat our staff and other patients with respect.
8. Our responsibilities
We provide dental care with reasonable skill and care, in line with the standards that apply to dentists in Lebanon. We cannot guarantee a particular result, because every mouth is different.
9. Confidentiality
We treat what you tell us as confidential and use it only to look after you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual property
The content of the Site, including text, images and design, belongs to Shami Dental or its licensors. You may view it for your own use but may not copy or republish it without our permission.
11. Disclaimer and liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shami Dental is not liable for losses arising from your use of the Site, and nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
